The Chamber is a volunteer organization composed of individuals, businesses, industries, educators, and professionals who work together to advance the business, financial, industrial and civic interests of our community. It is an action agency designed to meet your needs! The organization is operated by a Board of Directors elected by the Chamber’s members. Annually the Board nominates the President, Vice Presidents, and Directors. The administrative head of the Chamber is the Executive Director.
The Executive Officers
Bridget Foster is the Director of Marketing and Communications for LifePoint Health Central Kentucky, which includes, Bluegrass Community Hospital, Bourbon Community Hospital, Clark Regional Medical Center and Georgetown Community Hospital. She is a selected member of the LifePoint Health Marketing Council and LifePoint Health Marketing and Communications Leadership Institute.
Prior to her current role, Foster spent two years in medical sales. Collectively, she has a span of over 14 years of outside business-to-business sales experience. Foster received her Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University and Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Kentucky.
She grew up on a farm in Western Kentucky and currently resides in Scott County with her husband and two-year-old daughter. She is greatly involved and active with several organizations in the community.
President Elect and VP Women in Business
Kris is the owner of Castle Insurance and has been in business for five years in Georgetown. She is married, with three daughters and two bonus kids.
Kris is a board member of The Gathering Place Mission and a graduate of the 2018/2019 Leadership Scott County Class.
She is the oldest of 5 kids, born in Oklahoma City, and was raised in central North Carolina.
Kris’s passions are sewing, traveling, reading, and community involvement.
A graduate of Georgetown College, Lee resides in Georgetown with his wife and two sons. In 2012 Lee accepted the position of Executive Director of Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI). EEI is the organizing body for the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event that annually draws over 80,000 guests to the Kentucky Horse Park.
As one of only six events in the world to be recognized as a CCI*****, the Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event is iconic in the sport of eventing and for Central Kentucky. As Executive Director of EEI, Lee is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure we produce the highest quality event possible.
Prior to joining EEI Lee held the position of Senior Vice President for the National Tour Association. While with NTA, Lee oversaw all of the association’s operations and events. He was responsible for planning events all throughout North America and Europe ranging in size from 300 people to 3,000.
Lee’s family includes his wife, Laura, and sons Eli and Graham.
Denice has worked in the financial institution industry for over 17 years. She currently works as the Branch Manager in Georgetown for Commonwealth Credit Union where she has been bettering lives for 5 years.
She has a passion to serve the Scott County Community and is a graduate of Leadership Scott County class of 2017. On the Board of Directors for Leadership Scott County. Treasure for Georgetown/Scott County Chamber of Commerce 2019 and continuing to serve in 2021. She has served on the Chamber's Marketing and Events committee for five years and has assisted with Transform Scott County’s leadership pilot program.
Originally from Erie Pennsylvania, Denice moved to Kentucky after attended Penn State Erie, The Behrend College majoring in Accounting. She has lived in Scott County for 14 years. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Rocky for the past 22 years and they have one daughter who is attending the University of Kentucky studying Pre-Veterinary Medicine.

VP Economic and Education Affairs
Lynn Godsey joined Bluegrass Community and Technical College in 2018 as the Campus Director for the Georgetown-Scott County Campus, home to the Advanced Manufacturing Center.
Lynn works to increase student access to educational opportunities that lead to high quality careers or prepare students for transfer to 4-year institutions. She has been a strong advocate for expanding dual credit opportunities for high school students and, in partnership with Scott County Schools, launched the Scott County Middle College.
She grew up in Buffalo, NY, earned a BS in Business Administration from SUNY at Buffalo and an MBA from Indiana University. She and her husband, David, have lived in Georgetown over 13 years.
VP Governmental Affairs
Mr. Hamilton has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky. He is Vice President of Nally and Gibson LLC and the Georgetown office of Hamilton Hinkle Paving, LLC. Mr. Hamilton is also associated with Nally and Gibson Hauling.
He is past Chairman and Board Member of the Kentucky Crushed Stone Association, Past President and Board Member of the Plant-Mixed Asphalt Association of Kentucky and current Chairman and Board Member of the Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors. He is a Board Member Kentuckians for Better Transportation.
He is a member Saint Francis and Saint John Church in Georgetown. He is a member of the Leadership Council of the Newman Center at the University of Kentucky. He currently is serving a term as a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgetown/Scott County Chamber of Commerce.
JD has been an employee of WesBanco and a resident of Kentucky since July of 2017. He has been working in the Georgetown WesBanco Main office since August, 2018. JD has 26 years of experience in mortgage lending. He is also a Veteran of the United States Army.
JD not only serves on Chamber committees and Boards, but also on is a graduate of the 2018-2019 Leadership Scott County Class (LSC) and is a board member of the newly formed LSC organization.
He is the recipient of the 2019 Ambassador of the year award for the Georgetown/Scott County Chamber of Commerce.
Nate is an insurance agent for Chenault & Hoge on Main St. in downtown Georgetown.
Originally from New Jersey, Nate made Georgetown his home after graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2009. He has 2 amazing daughters, Renae and Zoey.
Nate is an active member of Grace Christian Church, serves on the Board of Directors for the Children's Montessori School of Georgetown, and is a graduate of the Leadership Scott County 2017-2018 class.
Nate was the first recipient of the Chamber’s Ambassador of the Year award in 2018.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends, rooting for the Big Blue, horse racing, and working out. He also enjoys playing golf and is currently attempting to get better one round at a time.

Amy Preston has been the Executive Director for Scott/Bourbon Counties Habitat for Humanity for six years.
Before that Amy worked with the American Institute for Foreign Study as the Community Coordinator for the Lexington area. She has over 33 years experience in the non-profit world.
Amy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morehead State University & Master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Amy is a member of the Georgetown Women's Club and serves on the Scott County Homeless and Hunger Coalition.
Amy and her husband, have lived in Scott County with their two daughters for over 17 years. In their spare time, they provide Trivia Night fundraisers for organizations in central Kentucky.
Co-VP Marketing & Events
Bailey is the Marketing Director at Georgetown/Scott County Tourism, where she develops marketing campaigns attracting visitors to the Georgetown/Scott County area. In addition to content creation, Bailey hosts industry professional and media, organizes and executes events, and plans area travel itineraries for visitors and groups.
During her career, Bailey has been certified as a Kentucky Tourism Professional, Bourbon Steward, and is an official graduate of Leadership Scott County. She will soon graduate from Southeast Tourism Society’s Marketing College, where she will become a certified Tourism Marketing Professional.
Bailey is an active member of the community and assists with many events and organizations including the Georgetown-Scott County Chamber of Commerce as the Vice President of Marketing and Events and Board Member.
An alumna of the University of Kentucky, Bailey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing in December 2016.
Bailey currently resides in her hometown of Georgetown, where is enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking and traveling.

Maime's Fine Wine and Gifts
Anne W. Arnold-Ratliff, Kentucky born and raised, graduated from Transylvania University in 2003. Shortly after graduating, she married Roland Ratliff whose career moved them to Dallas, Texas.
Anne spent her time there working in designer retail which would hopefully lead her to pursuing her dream of opening a small gift store back home in her beloved Kentucky. After ten long years in the Lonestar State, a vacant position became available at the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Air Traffic Control Tower for Roland, and Anne and her husband were finally able to move back home.
Noticing a market for Fine Wine, Bourbon and gifts, Anne opened Maime’s Fine Wine & Gifts here in Georgetown in July of 2018 on Court Street, moved to West Main Street in 2019, and she’s having the time of her life basketing, cellophaning, and gifting her way through life for the lovely people of this great town.
Jeanne, originally from Long Island NY, has lived in Kentucky for 34 years and calls it home. She is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam, CW Post/Long Island University, and the University of Kentucky.
Although retired from Scott County Schools as the district’s director of instructional technology, she continues to serve on advisory boards of Adobe, Apple, Google, and Intel.
Currently, Biddle is a consultant with the Center for Quality People and Organizations (CQPO).
A graduate of Leadership Scott County 2004 and Leadership Kentucky 2007, Biddle is committed to serving her community. Her board service includes Georgetown/Scott County Tourism Commissioner and Chair 2007-2011 and Board of Directors for the Georgetown Scott County Chamber of Commerce 2009-2014 as Vice President of Leadership Development.
Presently, she serves on the Scott County Public Library Board of Trustees and as a Facilitator for the Dr. James Stillwell Ministries.
Jeanne is blessed with two sons and an outstanding circle of friends. She is a member of the Elkhorn Creek Quilt Guild, Scott County Homemakers Club, North Carolina Carteret County Historical Society, and National Quilts of Valor Foundation.
Executive Director, Scott County Public Library
Patti and her family moved to Georgetown in 1994, after her husband, Mike, retired from a twenty-year career in the U.S. Air Force. As part of a military family, she learned to be resilient and adaptable to new situations, and continues to espouse the military culture of “service before self.”
Patti has worked at the Scott County Public Library for 26 years, and has served as its Executive Director for the past four years. She holds two masters degrees: from the University of New Hampshire (Education) and the University of Kentucky (Library and Information Science).
Patti considers herself blessed to have two sons and five granddaughters. In addition to her roles as wife, mother, grandmother, and librarian, she has enjoyed serving as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Lexington, and as an adviser to the University of Kentucky collegiate chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta.
Locally, she serves on the Boards of the Scott Education & Community Foundation and the Bluegrass Community Action Partnership, and is a member of Scott County Extension Homemakers Association. She is also an active member of Chapter AQ of P.E.O. International, a women’s philanthropic organization that focuses on the promotion of educational opportunities for women.
Patti looks forward to becoming more involved in the work of the Chamber, and hopes to identify ways that the public library can better serve the community.

Evan Calvin is the Co-Founder of LandCal Logistics based out of Georgetown.
LandCal partners with GlobalTranz to deliver freight solutions globally. LandCal was established with the concept of taking logistics customer service to the next level with streamlined supply chain processes that improve efficiencies, create visibility and manage financial spend through a leading-edge technology platform. They are focused on improved customer experience by building long term sustainable partnerships that foster innovation throughout the supply chain.
Evan and his wife, Shelby, moved to Scott County in 2009 from northwest Ohio and are passionate about our great community. They have a son and daughter.
Evan holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of Kentucky. He is an active member of Grace Christian Church, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and is a mentor for Transform Scott County.
City Attorney, City of Georgetown
Devon Golden is a proud Georgetown/Scott County resident. She serves as City Attorney for the City of Georgetown, where she has been employed since April, 2017.
Devon is a 2016 graduate of Northern Kentucky University's Chase College of Law and a 2013 graduate of Georgetown College, with a double major in Political Science and Business Management. While attending Georgetown College, she was captain of the women's basketball team and participated in a number of other campus and community initiatives.
Devon is an active board member with the AMEN House, Scott County Habitat for Humanity and Kaden's Cause and looks forward to the opportunity to serve another prospering local organization that greatly benefits Georgetown/Scott County.
Realtor, Coldwell Banker McMahan
Bret has worked in the Real-Estate industry since 1993 as a realtor and a mortgage loan office. He currently works for Coldwell Banker McMahan as a Realtor. He also owns Georgetown Vacation Rentals which has been open since 2015. He also is the only Realtor in Kentucky that is involved with Hero Home Advantage, a program that give 25% of his commission to active, retired and volunteer: Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, First Responders, Health Care providers and Teachers.
He has a passion to serve the Scott County Community. He has served on the Chamber's Membership committee for three years, as well as being a Chamber Ambassador. He is also a member of the 2018/19 Leadership Scott County class.
Originally from Bloomington, Minnesota, Bret and his wife Nancy moved to Kentucky in 2014 to get out of the snowy north. After an extensive search for place to relocate, they chose the greatest town in the world-Georgetown, KY.
Dr. Kevin Hub
Superintendent of Scott County Schools
Dr. Kevin Hub is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree, Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond with a Masters of Arts in Education, and Spalding University in Louisville with a Doctorate in Education. He is currently the Superintendent of Schools in Scott County.
Dr. Hub is in his 27th year in education after serving in the military for 40 months including a 6 month tour in Desert Storm where he was awarded the Bronze Star medal and the Army Commendation medal with “V” device for Valor.
Kevin is the husband of Nanette and has 3 children.
Vice President of Human Resources, Toyota Tsusho America
Matt Nunn is the Vice President of Human Resources at Toyota Tsusho America and a Captain in the Kentucky Army National Guard.
He and his wife, Ashley, have two children and own Slainte Public House, which received the 2018 New Business of the Year award. Matt is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Political Science and the inaugural Leadership Bell County class.
He is active in Crossroads Church and is passionate about responding to God’s call to serve others in our community. He also enjoys any opportunity to spend time with family and friends, and playing softball.
Pastor, Crossroads Community Church
Griff is the Crossroads Georgetown Community Pastor and brings with him over 30 years of ministry experience. His career ranges from his early years in children’s and student ministry to Senior Pastor at a Cincinnati-based church as well as leading various ministry teams for Crossroads Andover in Lexington, KY. He has a Bachelor's Degree from Cincinnati Christian University in Biblical Studies.
Griff believes one of the primary responsibilities of the Church is to care for those in the community around the church. He believes a strong relationship between business, non-profit, and the church make the community better. He serves as the President of the Board for The Gathering Place Mission and is involved in serving the Georgetown community in many ways.
Griff loves being with people and building relationships. He is also a self-proclaimed craft beer snob and Star Wars/Lord of the Rings nerd. He’s been married to his wife, Kristan, for over 30 years and has two grown children. They enjoy the outdoors and doing home projects together.
Executive Director, Ashton Grove Senior Living
Davonna is Executive Director of Ashton Grove Senior Living. She is very happy to be working in Georgetown.
She earned her BA in Communications from Georgetown College and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Kentucky’s College of Public Health.
Davonna serves on the Board of Directors for Women Leading Kentucky graduate of Leadership Lexington.
With a strong passion for our seniors, Davonna considers it an honor to help lead Georgetown’s newest senior living community. In the past she has also co-chaired an Adult Children of Aging Parents support group for a large Lexington hospital and founded a geriatric care consulting business called Eldercare Ease.
Davonna enjoys public speaking, jazzercising, hot yoga, and reading. She loves living in Kentucky with her husband David, and two cats.
Tracie is retired from Georgetown College as the Director of Human Resources. She is the current Treasurer for the Woman’s Association of Georgetown College and a member of the Scott County Governmental Affairs Committee.
Tracie is also the author of the book “Financial Fundamentals". She attends Victory Life Church and co-leads a Financial Fundamentals class at her church with her husband Gene. They live in Georgetown.

Joanna graduated from University in the Philippines with a degree in Mass Communication, majoring in Broadcast Media and then went on to build a career in sales and marketing. She immigrated to the US in 2015 to be with her husband and stepsons. Being new in the community she started to search for like minded individuals online and connect with people and began following her passion by helping business owners turn their visions into visual creations. In 2017, Joanna started her own freelance design services.
Today, she loves helping entrepreneurs get their businesses online with captivating websites, graphics, and branding that will convert. Joanna is a lifelong learner of all things visual and loves to share her knowledge by educating other entrepreneurs to show up consistently, network confidently, and build their authority online.
