RETIRED/INDIVIDUALS/PAST PRESIDENTS: $50.00
MANUFACTURERS, RETAIL, WHOLESALE, SERVICES, PROFESSIONAL, CONSTRUCTION, HORSE FARMS...Based on number of employees (see below)

| Note--- If an entity owns more than one business (defined as separate and incorporated with the State of Kentucky), the larger business shall be charged for Chamber membership at the normal rate and the smaller business (es) shall be charged 50% of a regular membership per the appropriate category. Those who own businesses must join as a business. |
